Jim Roth Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament

Grand Island Homebuilder Jim Roth built homes in and around Grand Island for several years, including many homes in the Brentwood area. Roth was active in the Homebuilders Association and did much to promote the construction trades and Central Nebraska Homebuilders. He lost his life prematurely in a plane crash. As a thank you to Roth, the Central Nebraska Homebuilders holds the Jim Roth Memorial Golf Tournament annually to raise funds for the Jim Roth Memorial Scholarship as his legacy. The scholarship recipients are graduates of a Hall County High School pursuing a degree, certificate, or diploma in a construction trade, such as construction management, plumbing, heating and air, electrician etc.

We ask that member teams please bring a few items with them for prizes drawn at the end of the evening. Items such as hats, golfballs, coolers, tools, giftcards, etc.
